Refund Policy JOHN V SALON does not provide refunds for any services and gift cards purchased. If you are ever dissatisfied with any services, we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectation within 3 days of the original services. Services are guaranteed from 3 days (not including regular nail polish). Please notify the technician with any health issue before service. Appointment Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. If you do, please let us know as soon as possible. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This policy allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, we charge 50% of the service price. Exceptions can be made in cases of emergency with proper documentation. This policy is in place so that we can continue to provide excellent service to all of our clients. Thank you so much for your continued patronage!
